Repairs and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If there is anything we can do to make your piece absolutely perfect for you, please let us know. 

We understand that while you strive to find the perfect piece for yourself or someone else, you may end up with a style that isn't quite right. We are always willing to work with you (or the gift recipient) to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. While we don't put a strict timeline on exchanges, any exchange request (on an item in its original condition) made after 6 months of purchase date will be considered on a case by case basis. 

If we cant find you just the right piece we will honor a complete refund, no problem. Please be sure to contact us for return authorizations and instructions. 

 We take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and if you need to have a repair made please contact us, and we will be happy to fix it. Depending upon the repair needed there may be a nominal cost for additional materials.

***Due to their specialized nature, custom orders are not returnable***, but if there is any adjustment we can make we will happily do so.
